Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship out 2-4 business days after being placed. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am-3pm Closed on Holidays.

Q: Where are you located?

A: My Business is located in Brookfield Wisconsin. 

Q: How do you handle Duties or Customs Fees for orders shipped outside the USA?

A: The customer is responsible for any and all fees or taxes your country chooses to charge for imports. Dich Studios will not be responsible for any Taxes or Fees due.

 Q: Can you claim the shipment as a gift or lower the value so I can pay less import fees?

A: No, That would be considered fraud and also put my company in a bad situation if something were to go missing or wrong.

Q: I never received an email confirmation after I placed my order?

A: Check your Spam or Junk email folder, Chances are it ended up there. Another email will be sent with a tracking number once shipped. 

Q: What happens if I make a mistake gluing my buttons?

      A:  While I do include seven extra button halves in each kit to practice on or to use if some get lost/damaged/glued too off center, mistakes can happen. Please contact me and I will gladly send out a few replacements for no charge. If you need more then 20, I do sell full sets in my shop. 

Q: How many employees do you have? Why does it take several days to ship the items I ordered?

A: Dich Studios is a one man operation. Just about everything I sell is designed, built, shipped and supported in house by me (Greg). With that said, things do get backed up from time to time especially when one of my products gets featured in a trending post or video and a swarm of new orders come rolling in, thus I give myself a buffer (up to 5 business days) to get the orders made and shipped out. Have patience, this isn't Amazon Prime over here.

Q: what is your refund policy?

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contacting Dich Studios LLC first.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the returned items arrive safely.
